Sole Energy Reflexology

A signature Sole Energy experience combining personalized foot reflexology with nine Young Living essential oils.
Your session begins with foot reflexology, followed by oils applied to the insteps using the Vita Flex technique. You’ll then rest face-down on a heated table while oils are applied along the spine and gently worked across the back using light touch and flowing strokes.
Finish with warm towels across your back and quiet time to rest. Please discuss any scent sensitivities with Kim before booking.
